Terms of Service

By creating an account or using GetJob, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using GetJob on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use GetJob.

Account Registration • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts Account Types • Client: Users who post jobs and hire freelancers • Freelancer: Users who offer services and complete projects • You may not operate as both a client and freelancer on the same account Account Verification We may require identity verification for certain features or transaction limits.

GetJob provides a marketplace connecting clients with freelancers. Our services include: • Job posting and proposal submission • In-platform messaging and communication • Secure payment processing and escrow services • Contract management and milestone tracking • Review and rating system • Dispute resolution services Service Availability We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with notice.

Platform Fees • Freelancers pay a service fee of 10% on all earnings • Clients may be charged processing fees for certain payment methods • All fees are clearly displayed before any transaction Payment Processing • All payments between clients and freelancers must be processed through GetJob • Escrow protection is provided for fixed-price contracts • Funds are released upon milestone completion or project delivery Prohibited Payment Practices • Requesting or making payments outside the platform • Sharing contact information to circumvent fees • Any attempt to avoid platform fees may result in account termination Refunds and Disputes Refunds are handled through our dispute resolution process. See Section 8 for details.

You agree to: • Provide honest and accurate information in all communications • Deliver quality work as described in your proposals/contracts • Communicate professionally and respectfully • Honor all contractual agreements made on the platform • Report any violations of these Terms You agree NOT to: • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users • Share contact information to conduct business outside GetJob • Use the platform for illegal activities • Attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings • Create fake accounts or impersonate others • Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content • Interfere with the platform's security or functionality

Client Rights Upon full payment, clients receive all agreed-upon intellectual property rights to delivered work, unless otherwise specified in the contract. Freelancer Rights Freelancers retain rights to their pre-existing materials, tools, and methodologies. They may include completed work in portfolios unless restricted by contract. Platform Content GetJob and its licensors own all platform content, trademarks, and technology. Users may not reproduce or distribute platform content without permission. User Content By posting content on GetJob, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and promote that content on our platform.

The following are strictly prohibited: Fraud and Misrepresentation • Fake reviews or testimonials • Misrepresenting qualifications or experience • Identity theft or impersonation • Payment fraud or chargebacks Contact Information Sharing • Sharing phone numbers, emails, or social media • Linking to external profiles to bypass the platform • Attempting to hire/work outside GetJob Harmful Content • Illegal, offensive, or discriminatory content • Malware, spam, or phishing attempts • Content violating third-party rights Market Manipulation • Fake job postings to collect proposals • Bid manipulation or collusion • Artificially inflating ratings Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Informal Resolution We encourage users to first attempt to resolve disputes directly through platform messaging. Mediation If direct resolution fails, either party may request GetJob mediation. Our team will review evidence and propose a fair resolution. Binding Arbitration Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Baku, Azerbaijan, under Azerbaijani law. Dispute Process 1. File a dispute within 30 days of the issue 2. Provide all relevant documentation and evidence 3. Respond to requests within 5 business days 4. Accept or appeal the mediation decision within 7 days Escrow Disputes For payment disputes, funds may be held in escrow until resolution.

Disclaimer of Warranties GetJob is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: • The quality of work provided by freelancers • The reliability or creditworthiness of clients • Uninterrupted or error-free service • Accuracy of user-provided information Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: • GetJob is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months • We are not responsible for disputes between users Indemnification You agree to indemnify GetJob against claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

Voluntary Termination You may close your account at any time through account settings. Outstanding contracts must be completed or properly terminated. Termination by GetJob We may suspend or terminate accounts for: • Violation of these Terms • Fraudulent or illegal activity • Extended inactivity (2+ years) • At our sole discretion with notice Effect of Termination • Access to the platform will be revoked • Pending payments will be processed according to existing contracts • Some information may be retained as required by law • Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Jurisdiction Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Baku, Azerbaijan. International Users If you access GetJob from outside Azerbaijan, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Some services may not be available in all jurisdictions. Export Compliance You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Notification • Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance • If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the platform Version History Previous versions of these Terms are available upon request.
